Do you know someone who has a constantly cheerful face and optimistic outlook, has risen above life's challenges, and leaves a positive impact to others? Nominate him/her to the Search for the Happiest Pinoy 2012.
Cebuana Lhuiller Insurance Solutions, Inc. (CLIS) launched the search that recognizes Pinoys who are optimistic and have faced difficulties with a smile. The grand winner of the search will win Php 250,000 tax free.
As of this writing, I'm currently at the first-ever Happiness Boot Camp set up by CLIS for us bloggers here at Nurture Spa Village in Tagaytay City. As expected, rooming in with my mommy blogger friends have made me extremely happy!
It's also in this Happines Boot Camp that I got to know two amazingly happy Pinoys - Ms. Nina David-Andaya, 2010 Happiest Pinoy finalist and Mr. Winston A. Maxino, 2010 Happiest Pinoy grand prize winner. Their stories are both inspiring and it touched my heart to know that their happiness have a big impact on the people aroung them. Winston, for one, has the rare disease Ankylosing Spondylitis. Yet, the disease did not stop him to be a loving hysband, responsible father, respected chief operating officer of Hooven Philippines, Inc., and passionate president of the Down Syndrome Association of the Philippines.
Nomination is until July 31, 2012 only. For more details about the contest, visit www.happiest-pinoy.com
