I checked the weighing scale today and it showed 148 pounds. I kinda got disappointed because I thought I can reach 145 by February and it's already March. Ang hirap talaga! Di bale, at least I'm still losing weight kesa naman mag-gain di ba?
I'm still walking for an hour every morning 5 days a week. It gets kind of tiring but I still manage to push myself out of bed at 6 in the morning. It's taking so long but I know all these sacrifices will pay off soon.
