I don't eat oatmeal especially when it's cooked as a porridge. The only time I eat oatmeal is when it's mixed in cookies or bread. Just yesterday, my boys craved for oatmeal and asked me to buy some flavored instant oatmeal packs from the supermarket. They ate oatmeal for two mornings now and I still haven't tried to eat some.
Oatmeal is a good source of soluble and insoluble fiber. It helps cleanse the colon and works like most colon cleansing products. Eating oatmeal is also beneficial for those who want to lose weight. I guess I really need to find the will to start eating oatmeal regularly for my health.
