Personal Wii Fit Challenge: Day 2

It's Day 2. You're probably wondering how I am doing so far. Oh boy, my ankles hurt but I feel so good about myself today. By the way, I didn't forget to bring a pen and paper this time with me when I went down to the living room to start my Wii Fit workout.

Today, I did exactly an hour of workout. Here's the exact sequence of exercises I performed:
  1. Advanced Step 
  2. Rhythm Parade (Advanced)
  3. Super Hulahoop for 5 minutes each side
  4. Free Run for 30 minutes (I ran 3.936 miles!)
  5. Half-moon Yoga pose
  6. Warrior Yoga pose
  7. Tree Yoga pose
  8. Sun Salutation Yoga pose
  9. Palm Tree Yoga pose
My statistics for today:
  • BMI = 32.30
  • Weight = 171.1 lbs 
  • Calories Burned = 334 cal 
  • Time = 60 minutes
Shucks, I dunno what happened overnight! Yesterday's stats show that my BMI is 31.88 and my weight is 168.9 lbs. Is it possible that I gained that much weight overnight? Or could it be because I drank 4 glasses of water before I started my workout? I am truly boggled.

After this one, I am just going to write a weekly stats post so everything will look more organized. And besides, I think I won't have time to post my stats every night before I go to sleep. Tonight, for instance, I spent too much time in the grocery because the Symbol LS2208 barcode scanner in the cashier lane I queued in line to got wonky. It felt like forever being stuck there because I can't even transfer my groceries to the other lane anymore. I was also too tired to get pissed off. We reached the house at past 8 in the evening so dinner was home-cooked rice and a bucket of Chickenjoy. It's almost twelve midnight. I don't think I can do this every night.

Next Wii Fit Challenge stats update will be on March 12, exactly a week after I started. But of course I will still be writing posts about other things in between the Wii Fit stats posts. :)
