Walking is the best fat burner for me because I get to burn calories and not feel too tired after. My morning walks become more special and enjoyable because I get to spend it with the man I love the most. It's like having a mini-date every single morning. Normally, I would choose to walk alone because I don't want someone slowing me down or the other way around. Not this time, no. I wouldn't trade these special morning walks for anything else in the world.
